Should I feed my pet before travelling?
We recommend not to feed your pet at least 6 hours prior to travel
Your pet has a water carrier fixed to the inside of their crate and we have fresh water aboard at all times
How do I make a booking?
You can give us a call, send an enquiry or email us to make your booking
Once your booking is made your payment is due within 24 hours
Do you go to all capital cities?
Yes Move My Pets Australia, travel to all capital cities and major regional areas as well as offering a door to door service at an extra cost
How do I know my pet’s arrival time?
Move My Pets Australia will send a notification advising pick up & delivery times 1 week prior.
What if my pet is not vaccinated?
If your pet is not vaccinated, unfortunately, we will not be able to transport your pet.
It is our policy that all animals must be vaccinated upon travel
Do you transport Brachycephalic Dog Breeds?
Dogs who experience Brachycephalic disorder can have difficulty breeding due to their short muzzles.
It can affect small and large breed dogs such as French Bulldog, Boston Terrier, Pug, Boxer, Bull Mastiff and Shih Tzu.
We do transport dog breeds who suffer from Brachycephalic disorder but at the Owner’s risk.
Brachycephalic Breed Policy
The owner, sender and receiver agree that our driver will assess the animal at pickup and any signs of symptoms found may result in refusal to transport the animal.
– It is Move My Pets Australia’s policy to refuse any animal showing symptoms of Brachycephalic Syndrome.
– In the event that an animal requires veterinary services or passes away during transport Move My Pets Australia shall not be liable for any cost or damages.
