Move My Pets Australia Terms & Conditions

  1. Any price or quotation provided by Move My Pets is based on information provided by the owner of the animal as to the animal’s size and the location of pick-up and delivery. Move My Pets Australia reserves the right to change the price in the event that the information for which the price was quoted was incorrect or has changed.
  2. Any price provided by Move My Pets Australia is for transport purposes and care of the animal only and does not include Insurance or Veterinary care for animals during travel.
  3. Payment is required via bank deposit within 24 hours once the booking is confirmed.
  4. Move My Pets conducts itself with due diligence, care, and attention to our customer’s animals, they are handled under the understanding that Move My Pets Australia is not responsible for any loss, death, illness, injury or accident.
  5. Where any animal is collected from or delivered to another animal transport company or another third party at the request of the owner Move My Pets Australia accepts no liability for any loss, death, illness, injury or accident due to any cause whilst the animal is in the care of that other party.
  6. Move My Pets Australia are authorised to seek veterinary care should this be required whilst animals are in our care. Any veterinary charges incurred are the owner’s responsibility and will be on charged to the animal’s owner.
  7. It is a policy of Move My Pets Australia that all Cats and Dogs (including Puppies and Kittens) be fully vaccinated prior to traveling. Move My Pets Australia will require a copy of current vaccination certificates before travelling.
  8. It is Move My Pets Australia policy to exercise dogs whilst in our care. There is a risk of loss or injury whilst animals are being exercised and it is the owner’s responsibility to inform Move My Pets Australia if they do not wish for their animal to be exercised while in our care.
  9. A refund will be given up to 72 hours prior to travel.
  10. If you cancel your booking 3 days or more before departure you are entitled to a 50% refund.
  11. If you cancel your booking less than 3 days prior to departure your booking will not be refunded.
